When do I hear back after posting a review?
We check every review within 3 business days and email you the result. You can also track it anytime in “My entries” below.
How long are rewards valid?
Rewards are valid 30 days from issue. While you hold a purchased plan the deadline follows your membership — it extends to 30 days after your plan ends, and moves along when you renew or upgrade. If 30 days pass after your membership ends without a repurchase, the reward expires for good. The exact date is always shown in your coupon wallet.
Can I give my coupon to someone else?
Yes, once. Enter the recipient’s exact StudyGround sign-up email. The remaining validity carries over unchanged. Track B plan extensions cannot be transferred — only coupons can.
Are score-report reviews public?
Yes. Score-report reviews are posted publicly and may be used in StudyGround marketing — you agree to this with the consent checkbox when posting.
Can I enter more than once?
Each track pays out once per account. The Weekly Best prize is separate and stacks on top — and it is also once per account.
