Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Google account login information (email, OAuth ID)
• Device information (browser, OS, etc.), access time/session records
• Learning data
  • Reading & Listening: Answers and scores
  • Speaking: Recording files
  • Writing: Answer texts
  • AI scoring results (scores and feedback)
• When you book a 1:1 Diagnostic Session (video consultation)
  • Application: target score, planned test date (optional), hardest section, questions, other prep services (optional), consent choices
  • Booking: session time, the mock test you chose, display language and time zone, attendance, staff notes, the Zoom link for the session
  • Deposit payment: payment method type, payment/refund amounts and status, the payment provider’s transaction ID (card and account details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us)
  • Records of booking, payment and cancellation actions (time, IP address)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• User authentication and service provision
• Test history management and score provision
• Service improvement and security management
• Running 1:1 Diagnostic Session bookings and sessions, deposit payment and refunds, confirmation/reminder/cancellation/refund emails, no-show checks
• With your required consent, the tutor views the answers and scores of the mock test you chose and goes through them with you over screen share
• With your optional consent, anonymized session feedback may be used in promotion

2-1. Marketing Communications

• With your separate consent, we may send you marketing emails about events, promotions, and new service announcements.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
• Consent to marketing communications is optional and does not affect your use of our services.

3. Retention and Use Period

• Retained until membership withdrawal, then immediately deleted
• However, retained for the period required by law if applicable
• 1:1 Diagnostic Session application, booking and deposit payment details: kept until you close your account, then deleted immediately.
• From 30 days after the session, the application, session Zoom link and staff notes are no longer shown to you or to staff, and the 1:1 Diagnostic Session admin screen no longer links to your mock test answers.

4. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide user personal information to external parties.

5. Consignment of Personal Information Processing

We may entrust some personal information processing tasks to external parties for service provision, and implement safety measures in accordance with the law when doing so.

For payments, sessions and notification emails, we use the following processors:

• Payletter Inc.: card payment and refunds for paid plans and the 1:1 Diagnostic Session deposit (we send a member ID and your email address)
• PayPal: when you pay for a plan with PayPal from outside Korea. PayPal collects your payment details directly; we send only an order number and amount, and receive only the transaction ID and status.
• Zoom Video Communications, Inc.: running the 1:1 video session (you join Zoom directly with the link we send)
• Resend, Inc. (USA): sending booking confirmation, reminder, cancellation and refund emails. Data transferred abroad: email address, session time, Zoom link / when and how: sent over the network when each email is sent / retention: until the email is delivered (per Resend’s retention policy)

6. User Rights

• Users can request to view, modify, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.
• Related data will be immediately deleted upon membership withdrawal.
