Institution vs individual
Why choose the institution option?
If you teach many students, running them together is more efficient than having each student buy a plan.
| Item | Institution | Individual |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase | The institution adopts seats for its students | Each student buys a plan |
| Enrollment | Seat codes or email invites; students use their own account | Individual account only |
| Mock tests | All 20, including the Pro-only sets | Depends on the plan |
| Management | Classes, mock test access, live test monitor, section score reports | Own records only |
| Class tools | In-class activities, writing feedback, practice homework | Not included |
| Plan | Set up around your size and the way you teach | Choose a fixed-term plan |

FAQ
Questions institutions often ask
Can we use our own name and logo?

Does every student get AI scoring?
Yes. Every student’s Writing and Speaking answers are scored by staRater AI.
Does it follow the 2026 TOEFL format?
Yes. All 20 mock tests and the practice items follow the 2026 TOEFL format, with scores on the 1–6 band scale.
Do students need a new account?
