How it works
From booking to session
Finish a full mock test on your plan
On an Essential, Standard or Pro plan, complete one StudyGround full mock test to the end. Your score does not matter.
Pick a test and a time
Choose the mock test to review and a time slot that works for you.
Apply and pay the deposit
Leave your target score and questions, pay the deposit, and your booking is confirmed.
Confirmation and reminder
You get a confirmation email, plus a reminder 24 hours before the session.
Meet on Zoom
Your Zoom link comes in the confirmation email and is always in My booking.
Deposit refunded
Attend the session and your deposit comes back to you in full.

The deposit is there to prevent no-shows. Attend, and you get all of it back.

- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after your attendance is confirmed or you cancel. Your card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
- To change your time, cancel at least 72 hours ahead and book again. A new booking needs a new deposit.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I apply with a low score or some questions left blank?
Yes. If you completed the full mock test to the end, you can apply regardless of your score.
Do free mock tests count?
Any StudyGround full mock test counts, including the free set, but the session itself is for members on an active Essential, Standard or Pro plan.
How many sessions can I get?
One per account. A booking you cancelled doesn't count. Attending or not showing up uses your one session.
Can I join from outside Korea?
Yes. Pay $20 with an international card. Times are shown in both Korea time and your local time.
Can I use a mock test that is still being scored?
Yes. You can apply, and the scoring status is shown alongside.
What should I prepare?
A computer or tablet that runs Zoom, and the questions you wrote in your application. Daniel shares the mock test screen.
